The sounds of the cascading waterfalls and soft bird songs from the white noise device sets the mood. Enter this dream state at your own risk for you may never wish to return to the real world. Our Cottage Rooms are a very enjoyable place for couples to spend a few days by the river. In this part of our resort we have 5 ground floor rooms with porch entrances, decks and private hot tubs. To provide a quiet and romantic retreat for you, we have elected not to put TVs or phones in the rooms. If you require a TV please see our Cabins page. Each room has a small fridge, an electric teapot and there is a gas grill in the picnic gazebo .Enjoy our riverwalk, a unique gazebo with a gas firepit, and several riverside decks where you can savor a cup of coffee, use our wi-fi or enjoy board games. Bring a good book or choose one of ours. Nights often find our guests around the campfire by the river making wonderful memories. Perhaps a healing massage to soothe your overworked body and mind , in our private massage house by the river,would be a great addition to the perfect getaway. Join us in our comfortable dining room with moss rock fireplace for a complimentary full country style breakfast, A typical breakfast may consist of apple pancakes or belgum waffles, the fluffiest scrambled eggs, maple sausage,fruit and warm buttery biscuits. A different menu is served every day.We can easily accomodate most dietary restrictions.

The main house was build in 1929, it was one of the first roadside motels in the area along the Big Thompson. We have converted these 5 rooms into private little sanctuaries with porches, hottubs and decks on all of them, it is hidden by aspens and flowering plants, with boardwalks and garden paths ,yet it still resembles the original structure.We think you will find it very enjoyable and a part of history! We have photo albums in the dining room dating back to the 20's!

All of our Cottage Rooms are for adults only. If you are a family with children,we have family cabins, please see them under CABINS. Please note that breakfast is NOT included for the cabin occupants because there are kitchens in each cabin. Parents, come join us at the B&B sometime when the two of you want to celebrate a special occasion without the kids. No pets are allowed in the Cottage Rooms.
