Our Cottage Rooms were built around 1926, they are made for couples only,with private hot tubs for each one. This is the B&B, and of course a scrumptious breakfast is included with just the Cottage Rooms. Come for the Romance, renew your vows with nature and each other by the river under the pines.

Do you know that our nights are so cool all summer that AC is a rarity up here,you just don't need it when our nights dip into the 40's in the summer.
The Big Thompson River runs around us in a circle, leaving us on a peninsula, so we have lots of privacy. We are just 1 1/2 miles outside of town, close to dining and shopping and Rocky Mountain National Park. We are high in the Rockies, at 7500 ft, the summers are nice and cool. Wildlife is abundant on our 5 acre property, and fishing is great. Each summer happy couples come to be married on our riverside dock, or under the big cliffs by the river. We do any type of ceremony you wish, and we design it to fit you. We specialize in elopements, and small weddings. I am a non denominational wedding officiant. I run the resort with the help of my husband, and our wonderful staff. We welcome everyone to share in the beauty that belongs to us all and can be found in this tranquil mountain setting.
